By booking or using any service provided by Kelviro Counsel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Kelviro Counsel provides mobile auto detailing, exterior car wash, interior cleaning (химчистка салона), and related vehicle care services in and around Broomfield, CO.

Booking & Scheduling

All appointments must be confirmed in advance via phone or email.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible vehicle access at the agreed location.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other agreed payment methods.
Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and service type.

Liability

Kelviro Counsel takes great care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects discovered during service. Clients are encouraged to document vehicle condition prior to service.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

Refund Policy

At Kelviro Counsel, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our auto detailing or car wash service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the concern and, where valid, offer a complimentary re-service or partial refund at our discretion.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
The concern must be directly related to the service performed by Kelviro Counsel.
Pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions that cannot be resolved with standard detailing are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

Client no-shows or failure to provide vehicle access at the scheduled time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
Services already completed and accepted by the client at the time of service.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.
